BLM Section 6 Goals

  1. Get the CSA-20 to prove the basis, scope and limits of their their authority, if any, as it relates to BLM Section 6.
  2. Get the federal government re-involved in the regulation of "BLM Section 6".  The county government is proven that they no respect for due process with regards to our rights.
  3. Understand what what rights equestrians have to "BLM Section Six";  Understand what power, if any, the MAC has.  Understand why the MAC is involved in an issue of such importance to all county resident when there concerns are so narrow and provincial.
  4. Get the CSA-20 to formally reverse the "trail closure"

Obviously, the last goals is very important.  The first three goals are also important because if we don't accomplish 1-3, they will just reverse the trail closure and wait for a time when we are not so diligent and organized!
